The Football Black List has celebrated Black excellence in Bristol on two occasions as part of its regional celebration programme supported by The Football Association. Hosted at Ashton Gate in 2023 and the Rose Green Centre in 2025, the events brought together football professionals and community champions from across the South West.
Across both events, awards were presented to influential figures making a difference through football, education and community engagement, recognising their outstanding contributions to communities across Bristol and the wider South West.
