Aura Chacón is a Health and Wellbeing Coach at Leicester City in the Community supporting women’s health across all life stages. Through culturally sensitive programmes and menopause awareness initiatives, she empowers women from diverse backgrounds to prioritise physical activity, wellbeing and using football as a tool to build self-confident and belief while fostering open conversations across communities.
