Celeste Stevens has been with Reading Football Club for over six years, progressing from Academy Safeguarding Officer to Head of Academy Operations. Celeste was an integral member of the leadership team when, the Academy regained its Category One status in 2023 through significant improvements. Celeste drives youth development and inclusion, delivering lasting impact both within the club and across the wider football community.
