Charlotte Akester is an inspirational leader championing equality, diversity and inclusion across grassroots football. She is Sport and Inclusion Manager at Notts County Foundation and has held key roles with The FA National Youth Council, Northamptonshire FA and Kick It Out. Charlotte also helps deliver The FA’s Rising Leaders and Women’s Leadership programmes, mentoring and empowering hundreds of young people to build confidence, develop skills and pursue careers in football
