Esther Elias is the Founder and Director of Effort Over Environment, a pioneering movement expanding access and opportunity for young women in football. Launching the initiative at 16 after an operation which ended her dream of being a professional player, she has built empowering environments for underrepresented women and girls through impactful programmes, tournaments, and cultural experiences that connect football with confidence, belonging, and pathways to opportunity.
