Liz is an independent consultant driving LGBTQ+ inclusion across football. She has supported The Football Association in developing their inclusion strategy, after previously leading the Rainbow Laces campaign at Stonewall. Across the Premier League she has helped guide the new #WithPride campaign, while delivering empathy-based inclusion training across academy and first team environments, helping build knowledge and understanding of faith, identity and LGBTQ+. Internationally, as well as working with coaches in Cambodia to build knowledge of LGBTQ+ inclusion, she has advised clubs from across the MLS and and the NWSL, helping build more inclusive environments throughout the global game.
