Pamela Lubowa is the Chief Operating Officer of the Fare Network, football’s anti-discrimination network. Over the past twelve years, Pam has supported the Board and membership of Fare through some of the most interesting and challenging times, ensuring that those from marginalised communities have a voice in the game. She goes over and above in her commitment to making sure Fare remains influential in world football. Nothing is ever too much for Pam. She deals with membership enquiries with empathy and understanding, whilst working on often complex European projects which require her extensive financial and management expertise.
