Paul Elliott is the Vice-Chair of Charlton Athletic, where he champions equality, diversity, inclusion, and mental health as the board’s EDI lead. As a local who grew up near The Valley, Elliott views his role as a "homecoming," dedicated to social justice and strengthening the bond between the club and its community through a lifetime of footballing expertise.
