Paul has made remarkable strides in his career, achieving the position of youngest Head of Academy Recruitment in Stevenage. His dedication, vision, and commitment to fostering young talent set him apart as an inspiring leader in the field. Prior to this, he was a player representative at an agency called PowerHause Sports Group, and before that played at Stevenage as an academy player! He has since done some great work at the football club- beyond recruiting talented footballers, he has organised various Talent ID Days for player evaluation and even hosted a few FA courses at the club.
