2024
Through his charitable organisation, the Raheem Sterling Foundation, he is dedicated to helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds break down barriers to success, find their voice, and realise their true potential in the world. The foundation aims to change the lives of young people, with a specific purpose in three areas that were key in Raheem’s rise to success - education, employment and social mobility. One community project endorsed by Raheem Sterling and funded by the Raheem Sterling Foundation in collaboration with Brent Council and the Metropolitan Police is the #TheBoyFromBrent project. #TheBoyFromBrent campaign launched with the unveiling of amnesty knife bins across the borough and the announcement of new community partnerships designed to help bring about a positive change for young people.
