Shakira Waithe is a football coach and active player dedicated to advancing girls' and women's football. Her coaching journey began at Tottenham Hotspur Women, where she first stepped into coaching within the women's game. Since then, she has developed pathways from grassroots to elite environments through community programs, one-to-one coaching , and coaching academy and grassroots teams. Alongside her coaching, she represents the Barbados Women's National Football Team and is committed to improving access and supporting the next generation of players.
