Chid achieved his FC badge at age 17. He has worked with impressive commitment and tenacity at community and grassroots level, especially with ethnically diverse and learning-disabled groups. Notable is his humility about his contributions and a belief that he learns and grows whilst nurturing others. Chid’s approach is attentiveness to the whole person. He addresses mind and heart set, believes in strengthening resilience, speaking truthfully, and acting with integrity. He is focused, generous with his time, knowledgeable, humorous and appropriately demanding. He steered the U15 Global Football Academy team to 2024 JPL success, launched a unique initiative last season in partnership with Hertfordshire schools, targeted at young people with learning disabilities, brought together a grassroots North London team tournament and has nurtured some individuals to Academy selection and the attention of scouts.
