Gemma Gallais leads the franchise’s integrated communications team, covering global creator, social, press, investor and analyst communications, with a focus on growing the love of football through FC’s brand and product storytelling. Gemma brings 20 years of global comms experience, across brands at the intersection of entertainment and technology such as Xbox and PlayStation, as a communicator, problem solver and strategist. Last year, Gemma’s expertise came to the fore as she led the EA SPORTS FC comms teams to help deliver a landmark moment in entertainment history; EA SPORTS FC’s global rebrand and the launch of the new chapter of The World’s Game. She has since led the team to success with the recent launch of FC 25. She is a truly inspiring and fearless leader, running a team of 25+ people and setting a team culture that is admired and envied in equal measure.
