Naomi is a trailblazing footballer and advocate for inclusion in sport, becoming the first Black female professional player for Newcastle United. Off the pitch, she is a patron of Show Racism the Red Card, delivering anti-racism education for young people in schools. She has also advised on youth football literature promoting diversity and founded Beat the Block CIC, an organisation dedicated to empowering girls and young women to overcome barriers and access sport.
